Ecosystem Manager

At oflo, we’re looking for an Ecosystem Success Manager to cultivate partnerships, support stakeholders, and ensure that our ecosystem thrives. In this role, you will be the bridge between our organization and our partners, helping to maximize value and foster a culture of mutual success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and community members to enhance the ecosystem's value.
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to align ecosystem initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance ecosystem success, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership on ecosystem performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for ecosystem partners, addressing challenges, identifying opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to continuously refine strategies for ecosystem success.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in partner management, stakeholder engagement, or a related field, preferably within a startup or tech environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of partnership dynamics and how to cultivate successful relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices related to ecosystem development and management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies that drive partner engagement and success.
